Self- Referral
All women can self-refer via the Milton Keynes University Hospital website where there is an online referral form.
How to refer:
- Patients complete the online form here: Self-referral for pregnancy/maternity care - Milton Keynes University Hospital
- This form is submitted to our admin team who securely book patients according to GP surgeries and/or availability
- The patient is then contacted about their booking appointments details
