Our Watling Street Primary Care Network Cancer Care Nurse Anne is working in conjunction with Macmillan support.
 
Anne will review and support patients with a cancer diagnosis throughout their first year and beyond, helping people live a fuller life with their condition. Anne can be a link between you and your GP giving you easier access to support in the community.
 
Julie our Social Prescriber, works alongside Anne.

Watling Street Practice and Nexus MK PCN are coming together to launch a new Community Cancer Support Group 💚
 
We're pleased to confirm that our first Community Cancer Support Group will feature a guest speaker from the Citizens Advice Bureau.
 
Whether you're living with cancer, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to connect with others, join us for a friendly evening of conversation, support and shared experiences.
 
Together, we're building connections across our communities because nobody should face cancer alone.
