ADHD (Children):Referrals must be made by your child’s school. Please speak to them directly.

Dental problems: We cannot treat dental issues. Please get in touch with your dentist or NHS 111.

Eye ProblemsUse the CUES service – Call 0800 316 9200

Earwax: We do not offer earwax removal. Private options include Specsavers, Boots or any other providers.

Mental Health:

  • Emergency services: 999- If you or somebody else is at risk due to a mental health crisis, you should ring for the police or an ambulance.

  • Accident and Emergency hospital department- If you feel suicidal and would like to see a professional urgently, you can visit your local hospital's accident and emergency department. There will be a duty psychiatrist available to assess your needs and assist in finding the necessary support.

  • MK Talking Therapies- Self-referral service for general mental health support, call 01908 725099 or visit

  • The Mix / Kooth - For patients under 25

  • MIND BLMK – Especially for suicide prevention and complex emotional needs - call 0300 330 0648

  • Mental Health Services (Milton Keynes) Single Point of Access Single Point of Access is a Mental Health Crisis Line which offers emotional support and advice to people who require urgent mental health attention, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 0800 0234 650

  • Mind BLMK – Crisis Café - Milton Keynes Crisis Café is available between 5.00 pm – 11.00 pm each evening, 365 days a year.
